Hotspot Properties specialises in property in the Coín-Cartama-Alhaurin-Alora area. We are a small independent company with a personal approach to business. Our principal objective is to build a working relationship with our clients, based on honest advice.
Based in Cartama, we have a small inventory of local property for sale and for rent, we believe less is more and are very particular about the properties we take on. We aim to match the client to the property, if we don´t have what you are looking for we will endeavor to find it.
We do a lot of buying and selling of our own property so more often than not you will be dealing direct with the owner.
Hotspot also offers a range of other services to take the stress and hassle out of relocating, buying a second home or simply living in Spain.
